Today I want to share with you something that REALLY impressed and excited me….


I was curious about Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for some time, and especially about its relatively new powerhouse method – Time Line Therapy™ (TLT).


I’ve heard that NLP, which was created as a model for human excellence, is largely used to improve communication and performance and that all the best speakers, coaches and masterful presenters use NLP to achieve high-impact performance. I’ve also heard that TLT is one of the most powerful and quickest transformational systems in existence….


This one got me REALLY hooked!


So, this year I decided to dive deep into NLP and TLT and took the NLP Practitioner certification training last July in London. It was a truly phenomenal experience!! I am absolutely astonished by the fact that many dis-eases – limiting beliefs, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, stress-induced mood swings, phobias and negative emotions (e.g. fear, anger, sadness, guilt, shame, hurt, etc.) – can be eliminated, healed, released from your body. I mean like… gone!!


And that’s not all!


Using NLP and TLT techniques, you can put yourself (and your audience) into an empowering learning and expansion state, anchor new supportive beliefs, and literally insert your goals into your future!!




I must also tell you that TLT is one of the most spiritual ‘things’ I’ve learned and experienced. It deals not only with your Conscious Mind (the one you are aware of and which reflects your physical reality), but also with your Unconscious Mind – the ever present embedded mind that stores and organizes all your memories, that may repress memories of unresolved negative emotions, that ‘runs’ your body (breathing, blood circulating, etc.) and preserves it.


Your Unconscious Mind is the domain of your emotions, instincts and habits. It is a highly moral being… it does NOT process negatives… it always tries to please you and works on the principle of least effort. That is why it is so important to be specific with your wishes and state them only in a positive (e.g. “I am wealthy, healthy and free.”) Your wish is literally a command to your Unconscious Mind!


The NLP model explains so eloquently why different people may have different perceptions and experiences of the same physical reality. It’s because we all have different FILTERS that affect the way we perceive and experience the external reality! Yes, the filters (e.g. language, memories, decisions, deeply sited preferences, values, beliefs and attitudes) influence what you notice and focus on… your internal reality. And your internal reality eventually becomes your external REALITY.


The main reason I am sharing with you some of the insights from my NLP Practitioner Certification training is to reiterate one very important mental point: YOU CAN CHANGE anything that you no longer want to identify with and do it without going through the pain and despair as your motivators.


Have you noticed that oftentimes it takes some painful life situations for a person to be willing to step out of the comfort zone and change in order to go from “here and now” to the “desired state”?


Feeling stuck in unhappy relationship yet being afraid to leave because of money concerns; wanting and deserving to earn more but getting stuck in under-earning and not owning your worth; allowing fear, social comparison and negativity deplete your health, finances and your energy. These are just a few painful life situations that may trigger decisive actions.


However, you don’t have to take the hard road!


I had the privilege to facilitate the NLP and TLT sessions to several people thus far and… I am simply astounded with the quick and deep transformations I’ve witnessed!!


“I am not good enough”, “I am not smart enough”, “I am not ready to take action” beliefs – GONE!

“I am not good at managing my money”, “It was not meant for me to be wealthy”, “I am afraid to fail” beliefs – GONE!

Deeply hidden energies of painful emotions like fear, anger, sadness, hurt, shame, guilt… GOOONE!!


I myself was able to release stored negative emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions, have set goals into the future timeline and much more!


You see… with the NLP and TLT, YOU CAN bypass the pain motivators and get directly to your desired state of being – the state where peace of mind, happiness, and joy become your new normal.


This is the Path of Least resistance.


Here’s the bottom line from experiencing the TLT healing myself to facilitating this amazing technique to others:
YOU HAVE THE POWER IN YOU to release stored memories (aka energies) and old limiting beliefs and decisions, which may cause you emotional pains in the present, block you from achieving your goals and prevent you from living a prosperous life.

Tomorrow is a very special day for me… After a long time of writing, working, falling, getting back up, falling, getting back up and waiting, I am ready to launch my second book about living ABUNDANT life and becoming Financially Free.

I cannot tell you how exciting, how huge it is for me…. As a first generation immigrant in this country who, when she came to the US, didn’t speak English and had no money in her pocket but had a BIG DREAM in her heart, I am a living proof that we truly SHAPE OUR LIVES and OURSELVES.


Let’s talk about money and wealth. Although you may not even realize it, you have a relationship with money and it leads to your money habits, which create your money story.


Just like the health of a tree is determined by the health of its roots, your money experiences are rooted in your personal beliefs and your relationship with money. That is why it is super important to be aware of your relationship with money so that you can change it from repelling to supportive! How do you get aware of your relationship with money? By paying attention to what you think, how you feel and react to money-related events.


Contemplate on the following questions:


1. Do you believe in personal responsibility and financial discipline?


2. Do you habitually shop for what you need or for what you want?


3. Are you willing to reduce your expenses or would you rather incur debt to support your current lifestyle?


4. Do you practice financial discipline when it comes to using a credit card?


5. Do you pay all your bills on time or frequently incur additional interest for deferred or late payments?


6. Do you spend less than what you earn?


7. Do you save a portion of your income for unforeseen circumstances?


8. Do you take time to educate yourself about your investments or just follow your financial advisers?


9. Do you know how to manage financial risk?


10. Do you plan allocation of your income?


Your individual answers to these questions and the family money story that you recall from your childhood will provide a fairly accurate picture of your personal money blueprint.


Clarity about your money habits and awareness of your current money blueprint will help you realize that it’s not your bad luck or generational misfortune that blocks your financial freedom, but rather the choices that you make every day.


If you want to change your money habits, you need to replace them with better ones and practice them consistently. Very few people do it, but those who do, achieve financial freedom. Are you on board?
Prudent Wealth Creation and Wealth Management System


5 Golden Rules of Wealth Creation:


1. Don’t lose money (be alert and exercise prudence).


2. Don’t spend more than you make (if you have dug yourself into a hole–stop digging).


3. Don’t take risks that make you lose sleep (don’t rush into any get-rich-quick schemes).


4. Become a little richer every day/month (develop a wealth growth pattern).


5. Cultivate and maintain discipline with your wealth creation efforts.


You may perceive these rules as symbolic, obvious or unrealistic. I suggest that you internalize and apply them. In order to successfully grow and manage your wealth, create a structure and discipline to maintain it.


Organizing your money based on purpose (saving, spending, investing), your risk tolerance and timeline will allow you to avoid feeling scared and overwhelmed and will give you peace of mind and clarity.


To make my point, think of a jar as a money container (obviously, money isn’t really kept in jars but rather in bank accounts, brokerage accounts, credit unions accounts, coins and property/land.) Keeping all your money together in one big jar could lead to a financially devastating decision.


Although dividing your money among different categories may not preclude you from making mistakes, maintaining the discipline of adhering to this structure will help you limit your losses and avoid financial ruin.
The objective is to fill all three money jars, which is equivalent to achieving your goal of financial freedom. Although this goal may seem unrealistic at first, especially for those with a modest single income source, it is up to you when to start.


Trust yourself to know the best time to begin your path to financial freedom. My advice is to start as soon as possible because it takes time to accumulate wealth.


It is my desire and mission to help people experience the abundance of our planet, eradicate poverty-consciousness and develop wealth consciousness. I am going to continue writing about financial freedom and wealth creation as long as you, my dear readers, are willing to expand your awareness and do the work needed to live a rich, abundant life.
