Every Journey starts with a question “Who am I?”

We get What We Are, Not What We Want

Have you ever been busy doing something, looking for answers or solutions to only discover that it’s not something that is very important to you or you want to do in your life? I have… For a long time I was making myself really busy with a lot of things and often felt discouraged at the end because it was not something I wanted to do.

What if you start any journey not with looking for answers, solutions, and “How”s but rather with asking yourself simple and focused questions?.. Question “Who am I?” would be a good start. Having Clarity about your deep beliefs and desires is obvious and logical, but rarely done in real life. We hear a lot about “Creating reality” theories and techniques, but discovering what you really think about yourself is a key to having a life you want. Because we don’t get in life what we want, we get what we are.

If you could examine your life as an independent observer – things that you do or have, people that you’ve chosen to surround yourself with, your health condition, your weight, your career, your finances, etc. – you might discover the underlying beliefs that you keep in your subconscious about yourself. To a large extend, your life reflects your subconscious beliefs. No matter how much positive affirmations you make and how much personal development seminars you attend, if you keep in your subconscious some unsupportive beliefs about yourself (“I don’t deserve _________”, “I am not worthy ______”, “I am not good enough for _______”, “I am not good at managing _________”) they will surely be manifested in your life.

Universal Law of Attraction postulates a simple principle of resonance – we attract frequencies or vibrations that correspond to our own vibrational state of Being. In other words, if you want to attract something that you desire, you have to vibrate at the same frequency as what you desire. Come up with a clear definition and image of your desire. It doesn’t matter what your specific desire is – health, money, relationship – you need to feel it as if you have already became “it”. You must feel “I am health”, “I am wealth”, I am happiness”, “I am _______”. As Harrison Klein says “You know how to attract. You do it every moment of every day and everything you are and experience in your life is a direct result of your ability to attract. The question is then, “What are you attracting?””

If you don’t like what you have in your life or “what you are” – you can change it by aligning you vibration with what you want to have and who you want to be. Starting with “Who I am?” question will put you in a state of “Being” rather than “Doing”, in a depth of self-discovery. That would help you discover unsupportive beliefs/blockages in your subconscious that prevent you from living your best life.

Aligning your Being vibration with your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions will allow you to create or attract what you desire. The order of creation is simple and consistent: Being, Thinking, Speaking, Acting, Receiving. It is Being happy that allows us to think happy thoughts, to feel content, and to act “like happy people do”. Being “wealthy”, getting into inner “wealthy” state of mind is a first step to a “wealthy” condition. Do it consistently and persistently, with a focused intention and things will start happening for you. Just one important suggestion – remove neediness, desperation, or worry from your efforts. When you desperate about something, you block the manifestation process. Relax and enjoy the fascinating journey called Life.
