Progressive Relaxation Technique, PRT, is a simple and yet powerful way to relax your entire body. PRT works not just by sheer command of your mind or affirmations but rather by involving the muscles of your physical body and releasing trapped emotions. We store our emotions and painful memories in the various muscles of our physical body. PRT is one of the most potent techniques that allow you to release the invisible accumulated negative emotions you store in your body.

I learned this technique many years ago from a medical doctor in Lithuania, who was able to help numerous people with various health issues using this simple and proven method. There was a time in my life when I faced serious health and emotional hardships. After using PRT consistently for 6 months, I was able to heal myself without any pharmaceutical drugs.

It takes only 10-15 minutes per exercise and is recommended to practice at least 4 times a day as follows:


  1. As soon as you wake up
  2. A few minutes after lunch
  3. As soon as you come home from work or around 5 pm
  4. Just before you fall asleep


Time and Consistency of practicing PRT (a minimum of 6 months) are very important factors for achieving a positive outcome. The results will amaze you!
