Have you ever had thoughts like “If I had a lot of money, I would…” or “If I had a loving partner in my life, I would…” or “If I only got my business to make consistent 6+ figures, I would…”?
I used to have thoughts like that… and they were draining my energy and were making me feel “less than.”
And when I talked to a young woman yesterday who shared with me her continuous struggles – with money, jobs, relationships, and health – I felt compelled to share with you something that may seem obvious to your unconscious mind… yet is not so easy to implement when the egoic mind is stubbornly keeping you stuck in the old patterns of familiar thoughts and emotions.
I assume you know and possibly have heard more than once that
So, if you know that, why in the world is it so challenging to break through the old patterns?!
What keeps you in the inner prison of a very subtle scarcity mentality?
Yes, limiting beliefs are often so ingrained in our conscious mind that the only way to notice them is by looking at your life experiences… because they are reflecting your inner state.
If you‘re trying really hard to achieve something – whether it’s financial goals, career, or personal goals – yet feel exhausted and even lose your enthusiasm because nothing is moving forward in your life, it’s time for you to look inward.
It can be REALLY frustrating to know the Truth – “as within, so without” – yet still feel blocked. Whether it’s your family or social programming, or simply old money dynamics – it doesn’t matter. The messages from your past – “you don’t know how to manage money”, or “you are not too smart so you need to work harder”, or “you need a husband to support you”, or “wealth and freedom are for lucky few” – messing up your efforts and your inner power!!
These old sabotaging beliefs keep you settling for less while you’re being stuck in the “mediocre land”.
Now, how can you uproot these old, stubborn, hidden energies stored in your body that block you?
There are a few modalities that can be effective, of course. However, I experienced myself and witnessed great results using Time Line Therapy™ (TLT). It’s a phenomenal tool to uncover and neutralize the energy of negative emotions from past experiences, and detect limiting decisions and sabotaging beliefs that are still running (or ruining?) your life.
During my own TLT sessions, I was able to let go the “not good enough” message that haunted me for a long time, cleared out my conscious mind from fear, hurt, anger, guilt and other negative emotions that were stored in my body from past memories. One of my favorite experiences was installing my gorgeous goals into the future!
Yes, this is possible as well with the TLT!
The experience of uplifting and liberation was almost overwhelming. THAT’S WHY I, the Wealth Architect and Financial Freedom Mentor, became a certified TLT practitioner!
p.s. If you’re ready to deal with your inner condition of lack and scarcity – let me know! I would be happy to talk to you privately because I want YOU to feel ALIVE and VIBRANT – freed from negative energies that may be sabotaging you in different areas of your life.
Schedule a quick chat with me and let’s see if the TLT method is what you need to liberate your inner power.
