Define, Imagine, Manifest

We don’t see the World as It Is – We See the World as We Are

I am sure most of you know about Law of Attraction (or Law of Resonance). Success of the “Secret” and numerous masters that teach it brought this topic to our attention but it has been around for a long time. In the most simple form this law states that we attract things and people that vibrate with the same frequencies as us. When you smile (feel happy), “ the whole world smiles back to you”. When you feel afraid, worried, angry – you only focus on things that confirm your feelings… and receive more of the same. “We don’t see the world as it is – we see the world as we are”. Very much so.

When I look back at my life, I realize that there were many things that happened in my life and seemed to be “coincidences” at that time were manifestations of my deep desires and beliefs. When I had a Clear and Specific idea of What I wanted, had the Image of it in my mind as if I already had it, and Felt very strong about it – things would miraculously happen. Since it was simply my desire and the image existed at first in my head only, I was not questioning whether it’s possible, or How Exactly and When it would happen. I just knew What I wanted to happen and had the Feeling of it in my body and mind. At the same time, I was grateful for what I had at the time knowing from the experience, that things can always be worse.

Feeling of Gratitude for what you have( e.g. love, health, home, family, friends) and don’t have (disease, stress, anger) is at the very foundation of manifesting your desires. When you don’t appreciate what you already created in your life (and everything you have is an outcome of your subconscious or conscious creations), you sabotage positive emotions and sensations, therefore sabotaging positive outcome. Being mindful, self-aware, and disciplined about your thoughts’ process – the private monolog that is always running in your head – is truly critical for your well-being and happiness. And the other way around, when you Feel Good about your life – yourself, your body, your work, your health, etc – this Good Feeling will augment because we attract the vibrational frequencies that resonate with those that we emit.

Another very important thing to remember is an ability to “Let Go”. There were times when I felt deeply worried about something that may happen and I was “living this worry” in anticipation of the actual event. Sometimes my worries would become a reality, sometimes not, but the damage of the inner stress had lasting effects. The feelings of fear, worry, anger, guilt, regret, revenge, need to proof yourself to others, etc. cause tension and major distress condition to our body and mind. Can you relate to this?

So what can be done about it? Here is what I found and it works very well for me: in order to deal with this self-imposed agony, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Is there anything that I can do or change to improve my situation?

2. Have I done all I possibly could to resolve my dilemma/issue/problem?

I refer to this approach “Do Your Best and Leave the Rest”. If you think there is something/anything you could do to fix the situation – take responsibility, make a decision, and act on it. However, if you honestly can say that you’ve done your best and there is nothing else that you can do to solve/ improve the situation – Set Your Intention and have Faith that things will work out for the best. You need to be able to Let Go and Allow the Universe, The Power, the Higher Intelligence, God, or whatever it is for you, work it out for you. An ability to Trust, to Allow, to Receive is essential for Happy, Balanced, and Joyful Life. For some of us this ability “to let go, to allow” is natural, for others (recovering “worryers”, “doubters”, ”perfectionists” and “complicators” like myself) – it is “a must develop” habit.

One more very important aspect about creating your desires – being confident, not desperate. There were times when I wanted something to happen so badly that I felt desperate to see it happening in my life… I would “set the dead line” – in 1 year or in 2 years, etc. And it wouldn’t happen. This “thing” always bugged me about manifestation! In every “self-help” book they talk being clear and passionate about your desire and I was. But what I didn’t know was that feeling of desperation and “neediness” negates my ability to create, that it causes energetic blockages and sabotages the manifestation process.

Live the Life you Want to Have
Live the Life you Want to Have

In order to Manifest your desires, you have to have a Clear Definition of your desire, to Imagine it and Feel it as if you already have it, to have a Relaxed Mind and Grateful Soul, and Faith that things will work out for the best even if you don’t know When and How. Just Be and Go With the Flow – Allow and You Will Receive.
