  • 💰🚀 8 Key Components For Achieving Freedom And Prosperity

💰🚀 8 Key Components For Achieving Freedom And Prosperity

The other day I had a call with one of my colleagues, where we shared our life stories…

I recall telling her that when my cousin from Boston visited my villa in the South of France, she said: “That’s just for you… I could never imagine having something like that…”

Then I told to my colleague the story of how this villa came about….

… How my boyfriend, who used to fly from France every month to see me in the U.S., was stopped by the U.S. custom, put to jail on the suspicion that he was illegally working in the US, then was deported and prohibited from entering the US for many years…

… How I proposed to him (very out of character for me…)

… How I flew to France and we found a rundown house in Provence that nobody would buy because of the mold it was covered with… … … How we got lucky and bought it for the minimum amount of down payment we were able to make…

… How we started doing renovation by ourselves ‘cause we couldn’t afford contractors at the beginning…

When I finished, my colleague was so inspired and said “I have to DREAM BIGGER”!

I am sharing this with you to demonstrate that you get lucky when you act on what you want to experience in life, when you stop being “stuck” in your familiar “comfort zone” and do things that are not easy but necessary to live the life you love.

So, where are you now, in terms of money?

Are you frustrated that you work hard and make good money yet live paycheck-to-paycheck?

Constantly worry and feel anxious about not having enough money to retire?

Or not being able to save much and still paying off your consumer debt?

    Have you noticed…

… how worrying about your financial future affects your health, or relationships, your work?

… how you are sick and tired of “surviving” instead of living on your terms?

Or maybe you’ve reached a plateau with your finances and want to scale up?

If that’s how you feel, I hear you!

When your mind is busy worrying about money and financial security, it’s not always easy to see and experience abundance in your life.

And as a result, your confidence might be undermined; or you are afraid to trust anyone because, possibly, you had bad experience in the past with financial advisors, or you are afraid to invest the money that you have because you’re afraid to lose it….

And from that place, it’s not easy to create an abundant free life, where the flow of money and opportunities come with ease and joy.

It is my intention that you develop Unshakable Confidence, Self-Worth, and Success Aptitude, so that you will be able to handle any challenges in your life from a higher perspective and with more optimism.

And my deepest desire is that you become Unstoppable and Capable in your pursuit of financial independence and start DREAMMING BIG.

YOU ARE A POWERFUL CREATOR, so think, feel and act like one.

As International Holistic Financial Independence Mentor and the creator of the SYSTEM for becoming Financially independent called The MILLENaire Method, I use my intuition, business and investing expertise to help women become financially independent.

I myself achieved Financial Independence within 7 years and now live my dream life – own beautiful homes in the South of France and South Florida, travel the world, and do what I want.

I have the FREEDOM of CHOICE, TIME, LOCATION, and MONEY.

I live what I teach and know that YOU CAN experience more Freedom, Joy and Abundance in YOUR life… if you choose to commit to your vision!

We often talk about Abundance Mindset… but it means different things to different people…

    For me, Abundance Mindset means:

✅ Having Loving Relationship with Money (“money is my friend that has my back”

✅ Appreciating life “as is” and being eager for more (nothing wrong with wanting more…)

✅ Believing that Scarcity and Lack are mind’s illusions (because they are…)

✅ Believing that YOU ARE CONNECTED to the Infinite Source of Abundance and Unlimited Potential (because YOU are connected to The Source)

✅ Believing that YOU ARE CAPABLE and RESILIENT

✅ Knowing that YOU MANIFEST YOUR REALITY thru Intention, Attention and Conscious Thinking

✅ Living life from a place of Gratitude, Ease, and Flow

Abundance Consciousness ALWAYS precedes Manifestation – it’s a precursor to experiencing Wealth and Freedom in your life.

So, you’ve got to achieve a vibrational harmony with what you desire!

OK, without further due, let me share the…

8 Key Components For Achieving Freedom And Prosperity:

    1. Clarity about your goals and desires.

    2. Healthy Relationship with Money.

    3. Abundance Mindset and Prosperity Consciousness (some refer to this as Inner Psychology)

    4. Commitment, Unshakable Confidence, sense of Self-Worth (this component also belongs to Inner Psychology)

    5. Savvy Money Management skills (Upgraded Skills)

    6. Strategic Investment skills and developing YOUR unique personalized path to Financial Freedom (Upgraded skills and Strategic Investment Plan)

    7. Environment and Lifestyle that support success (having supportive Environment is essential)

    8. Guidance and support from a coach or a mentor, who believes in you and knows how to help you achieve your desired results. (Environment)

Now it’s the best time for you to take aligned actions and apply your knowing!

  • How to Cultivate the Power of Clear Thinking to Unleash Your Financial Success

How to Cultivate the Power of Clear Thinking to Unleash Your Financial Success

In a world filled with constant financial choices (a.k.a. “shiny objects”), promising opportunities to satisfy our desires, and very little programming for self-discipline, developing clarity of thinking has become more crucial than ever before.

So, let’s start with exploring why clarity is essential for financial wellbeing, how it shapes your financial decisions, and how to cultivate this empowering skill.

PART 1: Significance of Clarity around your Money

Clarity of thinking is the bedrock for building a solid foundation for your financial success.

It allows you to gain a crystal-clear vision of your financial goals and develop a realistic path to reach them.

Without clarity and common sense, you may stumble through life, struggle with living paycheck-to-paycheck, and worry about your financial future even though you make good money!

One of my beautiful and smart clients, let’s call her Sarah, struggled with living paycheck-to-paycheck and constant money worries for years.

She felt overwhelmed by snowballing debt that she and her husband accumulated after unfortunate circumstance, and was unable to make sound financial decisions, which led to jeopardizing her relationship and health (she develop several stress-related health conditions).

It wasn’t until Sarah took the time to gain clarity about her financial goals and priorities that she was able to turn her situation around.

With newfound clarity and sense of control over her money, she started mapping her money along different money buckets in alignment with her priorities and goals, diligently implementing this new intentional money management, and made informed investment decisions that propelled her towards desired financial security.

Part 2: Clarity influences your financial Decision-Making process!

When you have clear understanding of your financial goals, values, and priorities, you can make informed choices and decisions that are aligned with your long-term vision.

    Clarity enables Empowerment.

Because it empowers you to cut through the shiny objects, the noise of market fluctuations and other external pressures, and enables you to make confident financial decisions.

If you are a high-income earner yet live paycheck-to-paycheck for years and are not seeking support to help you change this situation, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

If you make good money and don’t have a strategic plan to become financially free, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

And if you’re counting and saving every penny yet feel like life is about surviving… instead of looking for solutions to change your money mindset and your money experiences, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

When I was experiencing my “dark night of the soul”, when I was divorced, deeply depressed and broke, I kept saying to myself “I am such a failure… I have great education, great experience, and great intentions and look at me now…”

I was lacking Clear thinking. I felt stuck in unsupportive unhealthy thinking and was focused on my challenges and problems, instead of solutions. This thinking pattern led to downward spiral that literally brought me to my knees.…

Fortunately, I was introduced to a coach, who helped me shift my thinking patterns and return to clear thinking.

And THAT made all the difference for me. I became financially independent within 7 years!

Sometimes we all need a little help and it’s ok… because it’s the outcome that matters. Right?

Part 3: Cultivating Clarity of Thinking for Financial Success

    Let me be frank…

Cultivating clarity of thinking in the realm of finance is a journey or a marathon, not a sprint, and it requires deliberate effort and self-reflection.

Let’s explore practical steps to develop and nurture this invaluable skill that is essential for financial success.

Step 1: Define Your Financial Goals.

Take time to define your short-term and long-term financial goals. Be specific, measurable, and realistic.

Clarify what financial success means to you personally, describe it by writing about it into your journal and get excited about your vision.

    Remember, Clarity enables empowerment.

Step 2: Identify Your Values and Priorities.

Reflect on your values and what truly matters to you.

Align your financial decisions with your core values to create a meaningful and fulfilling financial path.

Getting clarity about your values and priorities will save you time, headaches and regrets!

    Step 3: Educate Yourself.

Gain knowledge and understanding about personal finance.

Learn about intentional money management, strategic investing, investment risk management strategies, and wealth-building principles.

Clarity is often born from a solid foundation of knowledge.

Step 4: Create a Path to Financial Independence.

Develop a detailed financial plan that encompasses your goals, your money mapping, your FFN (Financial Freedom Number) and your FFI (Financial Freedom Income), and investment strategies.

A well-defined plan provides a path towards financial success and freedom.

Step 5: Regularly Review and Adjust your plan.

    Have monthly “Money Dates”! J

Review your financial progress and make necessary adjustments.

    Clarity evolves over time.

Staying proactive allows you to align your choices and financial decisions with your changing goals and priorities.

    Here’s the bottom-line:

Developing Clarity of Thinking in matters of finance is not just a luxury – it is the key skill to unleashing your financial success.

By gaining Clarity about your Financial Goals, Values, and Priorities, you can make informed choices and aligned decisions, build a solid financial foundation, and create a future of financial security and abundance.

Embrace the power of Clarity and you’ll notice the difference in your decision making and bank account.

To your Clear Thinking, Health, Wealth and Freedom!🙏💖

  • The Most Effective Medicine to Heal Your Life: Thanksgiving Reflections

The Most Effective Medicine to Heal Your Life: Thanksgiving Reflections

Gratitude is the medicine for all wounds

“Stay in peace, not in pieces” ~ Iyanla Vanzant

Thanksgiving is one of my most favorite holidays.

I like it because of its spirit of unity, the feeling of togetherness instead of divisiveness, whether you celebrate it with family, friends or strangers.

I like it as an opportunity to reflect on what is REALLY important in your life and for its spirit of gratitude, compassion and abundance that we all can access at will.

Gratitude needs to become your daily practice to help discipline your busy and worrisome mind.

It’s like learning to drive – at first, you need to remember how to operate your car, but overtime, with a lot of practice, you drive without thinking or noticing how you ‘operate it.’

It’s what you do and think DAILY, not once-in-awhile, that makes the difference in your life. I am sure you already have some of the daily rituals in place.

Let me to share with you some of mine here:

  • Your Big Badass Dream Plane & THREE Levers to Upgrade Your Financial Life

Your Big Badass Dream Plane & THREE Levers to Upgrade Your Financial Life

What would it take for you to feel wealthy?

    How many millions?

Or maybe just having “more than enough”?How many homes/yachts/planes?Or maybe just having more choices? How many children/husbands/lovers? (OK, this topic is for anothertime/place… LOL)Or maybe just having more free time, working less?Obviously, being wealthy means different things to different people…And it’s great to have Audacious BIG Badass Dreams. And my question to you is: “Are you actually ready to bring your currentfinances into harmony with your BIG Badass Dreams?”Because dreaming BIG is great! However, in order to take this BIG BadassDream plane off the ground, you’ve got to get very clear about it (is it REALLYworth the efforts?), then map your way forward and learn to pilot it, so youcreate the momentum.Because if you don’t… well, let’s stay positive here. So, what is your “BIG Badass Dream” plane? What do you REALLY want for yourself and your loved ones?

Can you describe it as if you were living it in the present moment? What do you do, what do you feel and see, where do you live, who are youwith?Make time and space for yourself to “normalize” your Big Badass Dream –make it SO NORMAL that you start embodying this dream! Then you can get to map your way forward. How do you map your way forward?By mapping your money according to your desired level of financial fitnessand using three cash flow levers to accomplish your desired results.Money Mapping is about discerning what’s REALLY important to you in life(and this may change as you go through different phases in life) and thendesigning your lifestyle so that it supports your values and your BIG dream.Money Mapping is Budgeting 2.0, because it’s NOT just about counting everypenny you spend on groceries. That’s tedious and unnecessary for mostpeople.Money Mapping is about you focusing on your BIG Badass Dream, translating itinto numbers, then reverse-engineering it into the money map so that yourlifestyle and choices are coherent with your goals. In my programs, I talk about 4 stages of Financial Fitness:1. Less than enough2. Just enough3. More than enough4. AffluenceYOU DECIDE what financial fitness level is next for you. THAT will determineyour spending patterns, your saving patterns and your investing patterns. That’s what the money mapping is for.

My clients come to me at different levels of financial fitness spectrum and withvery different ambitions. And they ALL evolve to much higher but differentfinancial fitness levels. Because they have different definitions of “wealth.”That’s why I asked you at the beginning “What would it take for you to feelwealthy?” Your answer will determine your specific money map.In other words, your answer to this question (which only YOU know theanswer to), will guide your choices and financial decisions. For example, you may have a BASIC money map (to track your money, youcan use an Excel spreadsheet or an app) that reflects just basic needs(groceries, rent, utilities) and paying off debt. This may support a simplelifestyle, living debt-free, in a rural area, and have less pressure…Then you can create another COMFORTABLE money map that will includesome comfort items like massage, mani & padi, trips, restaurants, privatecoaching, etc. Finally, you can create another AFFLUENT money map that will cover allyour intentions and desires – from millions in the bank, to having a personalchef, jet-setting to French Riviera, and having vacation homes in resort-likelocations.Having these money maps will help you “land” your BIG BADASS DREAMplane with concrete numbers that will back it up, support your desired lifestyle. Finally, the time for the HOW question. What levers do you have to controlyour cash flow and upgrade your financial fitness?I invite you to consider these THREE levers to control your cash flow:1. Income2. Budget (pattern of spending)3. DebtAnd here are THREE ways that you can use to improve your cash flow:1. Identify your current ‘financial leaks” and make necessary adjustments.2. Brainstorm and uncover additional long-term sources of in-coming cash.3. Brainstorm and uncover immediate prospects for incoming cash flow.In summary: You Big Badass Dream can be your reality. Being FinancialIndependent is NOT a pipe dream. You’ve got to get your money map inplace, get strategic about your choices and get this plane onto the runway, ready to take off.

    With love, health and wealth

  • 7 Steps to Regain Control Over Your Money: Step #7 – Be strategic with your money

7 Steps to Regain Control Over Your Money: Step #7 – Be strategic with your money

You work hard for your money – whether you are an employee or a business owner – you want to make more money. Right?

Well, how about managing your money strategically so that your money works for you and your family?!

That’s what Step 7 is about – BEING STRATEGIC with your money!

Here are some aspects of being strategic:

    1. Diversify your investments to maximize your results.

If you want to be a good investor you’ve got to know how to manage risk because ANY investment entails risk.

And diversification is one of the most important risk strategies.

When it comes to managing risk to maximize your return, it pays to diversify.

First, you can diversify among the four major asset classes: cash, stocks, bonds and real estate.

Once you decide on the amounts to allocate to these four main investment classes, it is important to diversify within each asset.

This means buying multiple stocks within a variety of industries, holding bonds of varying maturities, having different real estate properties in different locations.

In other words, don’t put all your golden eggs in one basket.

Also, don’t make the mistake of putting most or all of your money in “safe” investments like savings accounts, CDs and money market funds.

Over the long term, inflation and taxes will “eat up” the purchasing power of your money in these “safe investments”.

All investments involve some trade-off between risk and return.

Diversification reduces unnecessary risk by spreading your money among a variety of investments.

Besides diversification, the single most effective investment strategy is to invest continuously over time, with a long-term perspective.

    2. Grow your money by taking advantage Of tax-deferred Investments.

If your employer has a tax-deferred investment plan like a 401(k) or 403(b), use it!

Often, employers will match your investment.

And even if they don’t, no taxes are due on your contributions or earnings until you retire and begin withdrawing the funds.

Tax-deferred savings mean that your investments can grow much faster than they would otherwise.

The same logic applies to IRAs, although the maximum amount you can invest annually in an IRA is substantially less than what you can put in a 401(k) or 403(b).

    3. Use the protection provided by insurance

It’s wise to protect yourself, your family and your money by having an adequate insurance coverage.

A major lawsuit, unexpected illness or accident can be financially devastating if you lack proper insurance.

The key to insurance is to cover only financial losses so large that you could not cope with them and remain financially fit.

If someone is dependent on your income, you must have adequate life insurance.

Long-term disability coverage is important as long as you need employment income.

Also, be sure to carry adequate liability coverage on your home and auto policies.

To save on annual premiums, you may choose to raise your insurance deductible.

And whenever you purchase insurance – life, home, disability, or auto – be sure to shop around, and buy only from a reputable firm that has a history of being solvent and paying insurance claims.

    4. Plan your financial legacy

You want to have a will to ensure that your funds, property and personal items will be distributed according to your wishes.

A will is a legal document that ensures that your assets will be given to family members or other beneficiaries you choose.

Having a will is especially important if you have young children because it gives you the opportunity to assign a guardian for them in the event of your death.

Although wills are simple to create, about half of all Americans die without a will.

With no will to indicate your wishes, the court steps in and distributes your funds and property according to the laws of your state.

To prepare a will, take an inventory of your assets, outline your objectives and determine to which friends and family you wish to pass your possessions to.

Then, when drafting a will, be sure to include a name of a guardian for your children, name of an executor, and an alternate beneficiary.

Once your will is drafted, you won’t have to think about it again unless your wishes or your financial situation change substantially.

And that’s a wrap for the mini-class series “7 Steps to Regain Control Over Your Money.”

  • This ONE Thing Could Literally Change Your Life

This ONE Thing Could Literally Change Your Life

So, the 2018 is officially over with all the successes, challenges, breakdowns, breakthroughs, changes, and transformations.

It’s a NEW YEAR, a NEW AGE and a NEW PARADIGM!

And as I heard from one spiritual guru recently, the energy of this year is “Seize the day.”

In other words, when opportunity knocks, welcome it and run with it. And if challenges get on your path – don’t panic or curse your luck. Find a way to perceive them as…opportunities in motion. Opportunities to learn, grow, and expand.

This week, I had a privilege to speak to an amazing beautiful 94 years young woman. She has this special spark and charm that is hard to describe in words… One might guess that her life was easy, joyful and fun. Yet it was anything but easy…

During the WWII, she lived under Nazi’s occupation in Lithuania, escaped, became a refugee and lived in different countries before coming to America; was divorced, remarried, then lost her second husband to cancer…

She raised two wonderful daughters as a single mom, learned how to master her money, became an investor, achieved financial independence, and became an amazing painter after leaving her professional career as a chemist.

Her house looks like an art museum… Her many paintings reflect her rocky life journey.

So, I asked her if she could distill all her experiences and wisdom into ONE thing that really matters… ONE thing that helped her overcome enormous obstacles and go through many personal challenges…what would it be?

She looked at me, smiled and said: “The only thing that truly matters is whether you’re happy inside despite your life situations…” Then added softly “I am happy inside.”

“All the time?!”- I asked with some sense of astonishment in my voice.

“NO”, she responded. “Not all the time! About 95% of the time.”

    I smiled…

Can it really be THAT simple?

Yes, I believe it can. And it’s a matter of choice.

Today you can choose to focus on problems, react to challenges in your life, compare yourself, and feel powerless and unlucky…

    OR

You can choose to focus on solutions, on what “works” in your life.

You can choose to believe that you can do anything.

You can choose to release what no longer serves you.

You can choose to accept your current life situation and thrive for better.

You can choose to love yourself just the way you are, without any need to prove anything to anyone.

You can choose to better yourself and your life through new knowledge and expanded awareness.

You can choose a new way of being.

    It does not happen overnight.

It does not happen because it is a New Year.

It happens because you consciously choose every day what you give your attention to, what thoughts you allow to dominate, what words you use, what habits you practice, what boundaries you establish, and how you re-calibrate your feelings.

Be kind and loving to YOU. At least 95% of the time. LOL!

That’s my intention for 2019 in addition to helping as many women as I can to master their money and experience more EASE, PEACE and FREEDOM.

And that’s why I have a question for you.

If you could sit down with me for a cup of coffee, what would YOU want to ask me? What top one or two questions you’d like to ask me?

Just message me or write in the comments below your questions.

To your Health, Wealth and Freedom!

P.S. I’m serious! Go ahead and message me or write in the comments below your questions. What would you ask me?
