  • How to Cultivate the Power of Clear Thinking to Unleash Your Financial Success

How to Cultivate the Power of Clear Thinking to Unleash Your Financial Success

In a world filled with constant financial choices (a.k.a. “shiny objects”), promising opportunities to satisfy our desires, and very little programming for self-discipline, developing clarity of thinking has become more crucial than ever before.

So, let’s start with exploring why clarity is essential for financial wellbeing, how it shapes your financial decisions, and how to cultivate this empowering skill.

PART 1: Significance of Clarity around your Money

Clarity of thinking is the bedrock for building a solid foundation for your financial success.

It allows you to gain a crystal-clear vision of your financial goals and develop a realistic path to reach them.

Without clarity and common sense, you may stumble through life, struggle with living paycheck-to-paycheck, and worry about your financial future even though you make good money!

One of my beautiful and smart clients, let’s call her Sarah, struggled with living paycheck-to-paycheck and constant money worries for years.

She felt overwhelmed by snowballing debt that she and her husband accumulated after unfortunate circumstance, and was unable to make sound financial decisions, which led to jeopardizing her relationship and health (she develop several stress-related health conditions).

It wasn’t until Sarah took the time to gain clarity about her financial goals and priorities that she was able to turn her situation around.

With newfound clarity and sense of control over her money, she started mapping her money along different money buckets in alignment with her priorities and goals, diligently implementing this new intentional money management, and made informed investment decisions that propelled her towards desired financial security.

Part 2: Clarity influences your financial Decision-Making process!

When you have clear understanding of your financial goals, values, and priorities, you can make informed choices and decisions that are aligned with your long-term vision.

    Clarity enables Empowerment.

Because it empowers you to cut through the shiny objects, the noise of market fluctuations and other external pressures, and enables you to make confident financial decisions.

If you are a high-income earner yet live paycheck-to-paycheck for years and are not seeking support to help you change this situation, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

If you make good money and don’t have a strategic plan to become financially free, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

And if you’re counting and saving every penny yet feel like life is about surviving… instead of looking for solutions to change your money mindset and your money experiences, you’re lacking clarity of thinking.

When I was experiencing my “dark night of the soul”, when I was divorced, deeply depressed and broke, I kept saying to myself “I am such a failure… I have great education, great experience, and great intentions and look at me now…”

I was lacking Clear thinking. I felt stuck in unsupportive unhealthy thinking and was focused on my challenges and problems, instead of solutions. This thinking pattern led to downward spiral that literally brought me to my knees.…

Fortunately, I was introduced to a coach, who helped me shift my thinking patterns and return to clear thinking.

And THAT made all the difference for me. I became financially independent within 7 years!

Sometimes we all need a little help and it’s ok… because it’s the outcome that matters. Right?

Part 3: Cultivating Clarity of Thinking for Financial Success

    Let me be frank…

Cultivating clarity of thinking in the realm of finance is a journey or a marathon, not a sprint, and it requires deliberate effort and self-reflection.

Let’s explore practical steps to develop and nurture this invaluable skill that is essential for financial success.

Step 1: Define Your Financial Goals.

Take time to define your short-term and long-term financial goals. Be specific, measurable, and realistic.

Clarify what financial success means to you personally, describe it by writing about it into your journal and get excited about your vision.

    Remember, Clarity enables empowerment.

Step 2: Identify Your Values and Priorities.

Reflect on your values and what truly matters to you.

Align your financial decisions with your core values to create a meaningful and fulfilling financial path.

Getting clarity about your values and priorities will save you time, headaches and regrets!

    Step 3: Educate Yourself.

Gain knowledge and understanding about personal finance.

Learn about intentional money management, strategic investing, investment risk management strategies, and wealth-building principles.

Clarity is often born from a solid foundation of knowledge.

Step 4: Create a Path to Financial Independence.

Develop a detailed financial plan that encompasses your goals, your money mapping, your FFN (Financial Freedom Number) and your FFI (Financial Freedom Income), and investment strategies.

A well-defined plan provides a path towards financial success and freedom.

Step 5: Regularly Review and Adjust your plan.

    Have monthly “Money Dates”! J

Review your financial progress and make necessary adjustments.

    Clarity evolves over time.

Staying proactive allows you to align your choices and financial decisions with your changing goals and priorities.

    Here’s the bottom-line:

Developing Clarity of Thinking in matters of finance is not just a luxury – it is the key skill to unleashing your financial success.

By gaining Clarity about your Financial Goals, Values, and Priorities, you can make informed choices and aligned decisions, build a solid financial foundation, and create a future of financial security and abundance.

Embrace the power of Clarity and you’ll notice the difference in your decision making and bank account.

To your Clear Thinking, Health, Wealth and Freedom!🙏💖

  • ONE Skill You Must Have to Be Financially Successful

ONE Skill You Must Have to Be Financially Successful

Most people think that if they only had a lot of money, they will feel financially secure…

    NOT TRUE!

HAVING money doesn’t mean you know what to DO with it.

MANY high-income earners live paycheck-to-paycheck and are NOT financially free.

During my complimentary money strategies sessions, I speak with a lot of women from all walks of life. And MANY successful high-income earners…live paycheck-to-paycheck and are not financially free!!

    And that’s not all.

While over 63% of Americans are currently living paycheck-to-paycheck, many are now worried about safety of their money at the banks!

NOW, more than EVER before, you’ve got to be financially savvy, so that you can make better financial decisions.

We all wear many hats in life – parents’ hat, spouse hat, employee or entrepreneur hat, and… money manager hat – your money manager.

Each “hat” you wear requires certain skillsets – like communication skills, parenting skills, specialized skills in your area of expertise as an employee or entrepreneur…

Some skills are “nice to have” and some skills are necessary.

And there is ONE particular skill that everyone – regardless of your education, type of work, your upbringing or your natural talents – must have to be financially successful.

This skill is… Savvy money management.

And since it’s such a foundational skill, it’s outrageous that it’s not taught at schools and colleges…

You’ve got to be financially savvy!!

You must know your numbers – what’s coming in and what’s coming out.

You must have a healthy relationship with your money.

Yep, you’ve got to know how to be intentional with your money – how to manage it, how to grow it and how to protect it.

Whether you manage your retirement funds yourself (like I do) or outsource it to financial advisers, you’ve got to be an informed consumer!

Money is like a game and, sadly, many people lose it before they even start….

    Financial ignorance is very expensive.

Everybody wants to be financially free, yet most people don’t know HOW to WIN the Money game OR don’t believe it’s possible for THEM to be financially free… so, they don’t even start!!…

    And that’s where I come in…

When I work with clients, I use the MILLENaire Method – my holistic system for becoming financially independent.

This method addresses 4 areas of life that influence financial success the most: money mindset, money management, money investing, and… spirituality.

This is the exact method that I used in my life to become financially independent in 7 years….

Financial Freedom doesn’t happen by accident.

You must have a clear intention, commitment and a plan.

I was the least likely person to become financially free… was divorced, depressed, and broke… yet now I’m financially free for over 13 years and own homes in South Florida and in the South of France.

And I can help you become financially savvy and grow your money with less stress and less risk, so that you too create your best rich life and never have to worry about money again.

Message me privately if becoming financially independent is one of your “non-negotiable” goals.

  • 5 Simple Tips for Creating Your Best Rich Life

5 Simple Tips for Creating Your Best Rich Life

Today I want to share some insights on how to use the power of intention to transform financial fears.

In the current economic climate, it’s natural to experience fear and anxiety around money and financial future.

And the tax return filing deadline we have in the U.S. this week only adds more stress to our already hectic lives.

As a holistic financial independence mentor, I understand that the fear of not having enough money, of losing money, or of not being good with money can be overwhelming.

However, you can harness the power of your intentions and elevated emotions by coupling your intentions with the powerful emotion of fear to take control of your money and your financial future.

By setting clear specific intentions, connecting to your intentions emotionally (e.g.

getting excited, grateful, loving, forgiving, etc.) and committing to your

financial goals, you can tap into your spiritual power and achieve unimaginable

success and create your best rich life.

Here are some tips to get started:

    1. Set your intention(s).

Define your values and write down your intentions. What motivates you to achieve your financial goals? Setting your intention will help you stay focused and motivated.

    2. Commit to your goals.

Make a decision to commit to your goals and take aligned action towards achieving your financial goals. This can be as simple as saving for emergencies, creating a budget, or investing for the long term. By taking aligned actions, you will build momentum and start seeing results.

    3. Practice gratitude.

Gratitude is a powerful spiritual practice that can help shift your mindset from fear to abundance.

You cannot be grateful and fearful at the same time!

Take a moment every day to reflect on the things you are grateful for in your life, including your financial situation.

    4. Visualize your best rich life.

Once you write down your intentions, visual them. Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you overcome limiting beliefs and visualize your desired financial future. Take a few minutes every day to visualize yourself achieving your financial goals, feeling confident and empowered.

    5. Have faith. Trust the Universe.

Trusting the Universe means believing that everything happens for a reason and that you are on the right path. When you trust the Universe, you allow yourself to surrender in faith and open yourself up to incredible opportunities and abundance.

I recently had a fantastic 3-part interview with Dr Nisha Manek, MD, who studied the power of intention from the scientific standpoint.

She shares her insights about transforming a powerful negative emotion like fear into an incredibly powerful positive force by coupling it with laser-focused intentions and elevated emotions.

Watch the last part of this 3-part interview series in the latest episode of the More Money with Millen show ” Your Path From Fear To Freedom”.

Remember, expanding your awareness about your true nature and your spiritual power is a personal journey, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

What works for one person may not work for another.

However, by incorporating spiritual practices into your financial planning, you can tap into a source of power that can help you overcome fear and create your best rich life.

If you want guidance or support on your financial journey, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I am here to help you WIN the Money Game and create your best rich life.

  • How to Overcome Fear of Investing

How to Overcome Fear of Investing

As you may know, I believe that developing a wealth mindset and understanding the metaphysical laws of money and abundance are the essential elements of creating Financial Independence.

However, being savvy about managing and investing your money is another essential aspect of creating Financial Independence.

If you don’t save and don’t invest your money strategically, no matter how much you may be earning right now, it’s unlikely that you’ll enjoy financial independence or have a comfortable early retirement.

Unfortunately, many women are afraid of investing because they are afraid to lose money…

And when they hear confusing advise (like “You should diversify!” and “NO! Don’t diversify!”) – they resign to doing nothing (and lose time and opportunities) OR choose to delegate managing their money to advisors, spouses, or partners…and often lose even more money.

That’s why, today, I chose to share this short video with you.

Now, I have a question for you.

What would your life be like if you could do what you want, buy what you want, have the amazing experiences you want…without worrying about money?

And if you’re ready to trade worries about money for complete freedom, why not get started now?

I’ve opened up a few slots for my PRIVATE Complimentary “Financial Freedom Lifestyle” sessions, where you can see your worry-free future unfolding in front of you.

    Sound exciting?

  • There Are Two Categories of Women. Which One Do You Put Yourself In?

There Are Two Categories of Women. Which One Do You Put Yourself In?

Do you feel like time flies faster and faster, or it’s just me?

Is it my age or the age we live in? Or both? LOL

I’m spending my last week at a healing facility in the French Alps.
I enjoy taking the time to nourish my body with different thermal baths, thermal mud treatments, and hydro-massages.

And each Sunday, I visited local attractions – castles, beautiful parks, lakes, and small cities.

    I meditate a lot here…

And every moment, I feel SO infinitely grateful for the life I have created…my beautiful daughter, loving husband, amazing clients, incredible adventures and travels….
    FREEDOM of time and choices.

So, what occurred to me may sound somewhat controversial, but hear me out….

What occurred to me is that there’re two kinds of women in the world:

    1. Women who spend their whole lives working to make money.

    AND

    2. Women who enjoy FREEDOM in their lives because they figured out how to make their money work for them.

    Would you agree?

Those women in the first category often make a good living – have high-paying jobs or run profitable businesses – yet they still don’t have the FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE that they crave so deeply.

While the women in the second category have learned how to think, plan, and act strategically with their money. And voila…they can choose when and how much (or how little) to work, who to spend time with, where to live, how to be….etc

So, which category do you think are in? First, second, or somewhere in between?

The good news is that it’s a simple transformation to get from the first to the second category.

It may not be easy, but it is simple. Unfortunately, we don’t learn this at school.

If you have young kids, they observe your choices and life experiences and unconsciously repeat them, just like you probably got programmed by observing your parents. You don’t need me to tell you how important it is to model “good money habits” for children.

So, if you happen to be in the first category, are you going to wait for the pandemic to be over to start planning your desired financial future? Or for the economic condition to improve, for getting married or for your partner to be more supportive, or making more money at your job or business?

How many more years are you willing to wait before you start creating your Financial Independence so that YOU, too, enjoy more freedom in your life?

    Ask yourself these questions.

After all, none of us are getting any younger….

Let me know what you think about my controversial “download.”

To your Health, Wealth, and Freedom!

P.S. Sometimes tough times are what call us to grow. And to step into things we normally wouldn’t be “ready” for.

If you crave more FREEDOM in YOUR life, you may want to connect with me ASAP.

I want to help you identify YOUR fastest path to Financial Independence.

  • Personal Leadership in Time of Adversity: It’s Time to Embody Your Wisdom

Personal Leadership in Time of Adversity: It’s Time to Embody Your Wisdom

We’re living in unprecedented times – the health, economic, and financial adversity we have never experienced on such scale….

There is a colossal human toll, economic cost and financial cost of the COVID-19 attack all around the globe.

It almost feels surreal what is happening….

    It’s scary. It’s uncertain. It’s massive.

And it’s very human and normal to have moments of anxiety and fear…especially for our loved ones….

And here’re MY PERSONAL BELIEFS I want to express today.

It’s time for Personal Leadership. It’s time to fully embody the wisdom we learned and speak.

We must control what WE CAN CONTROL right now –

    • our thinking and choice of words,
    • our emotions (so anxiety doesn’t lead to fear and panic, and doesn’t lower our immune defenses),
    • our communication (with children, spouses/partners, friends, and clients), and
    • our finances (as much as we can under these circumstances).

It is our responsibility to follow the recommendations of “social distancing”, extreme personal hygiene, “shelter-in-place”, and whatever else local and federal officials require of us.

It’s also our responsibility to keep up, as much as possible, with our physical, mental and emotional health. We must be creative with all the ways we can take care of ourselves right now.

YES, it is indeed the time for PERSONAL Leadership.

Because each of us has this ability to lead from the inside out, to make wiser choices, to feel the fear yet do whatever it takes to keep your mental health in high gear right now… for your own sake and the sake of your loved ones.

And it’s an opportunity to express EXTRA love and appreciation, compassion, and courage.

I am in awe of invigorating spirit of common purpose and courage I see from so many people these days.

I am in awe of professionalism and courage of
nurses, doctors, grocery workers, food delivery personal,
post-delivery folks, some great journalists (who report facts and don’t turn their reporting into sensational or even fearful fake news),
our military personal protecting us no matter what,
our governments who lead us through these unprecedented challenging times….

This list can go on and on.

And so, I am deeply grateful for those AMAZING humans
who model courage without talking about it…
who model compassion through their actions…
who model faith when we deal with situations that feel unbearable…

I believe that this moment in time will change us.

    • It will change what we used to take for granted.
    • It will change how we work.
    • How we relate.
    • How we perceive our lives.
    • How we make and manage money.

And I also believe that we’ll get through this adversity
    more united,
    more appreciative,
    more compassionate.

    It will not be easy.
Nobody knows yet when this situation will turn around.

    But it will.

    And when that happens,
we’ll appreciate our “normal” more than ever before…
we’ll celebrate what unites us more than ever before…
we’ll be stronger and more resilient than ever before…
we’ll open our hearts more than ever before…

    THAT’s what I believe.

    How about YOU?
